To support our strategic development, and as approved by the Beijing Dongcheng District Administration for Market Regulation, we have completed the following changes.

On July 1, 2025, Textile Exchange officially released the updated certification fee structure document TE-TXL-POL-701-V1.0 Textile Exchange Certification Fee Structure (effective date: January 1, 2026), adjusting the charging model and fee base. Under the new framework, the Textile Exchange standard certification license fee will increase.

Kaixin Certification (Beijing) Co., Ltd. completed the procedures for equity change, legal representative change, and business license change on April 22, 2025.
