Statement on Preventing Fraud by Individuals Impersonating Our Staff
Recently, we have identified instances where fraudsters have employed illegal means to steal customer information, impersonated staff members from the BCK headquarters, and carried out fraudulent activities under pretenses such as "annual supervision review," "certificate maintenance," or "urgent payment," utilizing channels including telephone calls, WeChat, and SMS. Such conduct seriously infringes upon customers 'rights and interests, damages our institution's brand reputation, and disrupts normal market order.
If you receive any calls or messages suspected of being fraudulent, or if you come into contact with suspicious individuals, please take note:

Do not disclose sensitive information such as certificate numbers or bank account details under any circumstances;
2. Maintain high vigilance against any actions that urge transfers based on reasons such as "emergency payment," "annual supervision review," reserved quotas, or reserving specific time slots for particular teachers;
3. Since the Certification and Accreditation Administration's certificate inquiry platform can retrieve certificate information (including audit team details), suspicious individuals may be able to identify which auditor has conducted an audit at your company; when communicating with you, they may mention the name of the auditor you are familiar with to gain your trust. Please remain vigilant in such cases.
In response to recent fraud and infringement incidents, our institution has initiated legal proceedings to protect our rights, collected relevant evidence, and reported the matter to the public security authorities, with the aim of pursuing criminal liability against the perpetrators in accordance with the law.
