Please be informed of our TC (Transaction Certificate) application arrangements during the Chinese New Year Holiday:

TC and scope extension applications that are submitted by 5:30 p.m. on February 12, 2026, and meet all relevant requirements, will be reviewed and issued before the Chinese new year holidays. Applications submitted after February 12 will be given priority for processing once we resume work after the holiday.
