How to Fill in Additional Details for a TC Certificate
Additional Information: Used to fill in other relevant details such as product quality. Below, we outline the key considerations for each item according to items a–h of Section B2.10.13 of the ASR-104-V3.1 Transaction Certificate Policy. You can directly refer to this guide based on your product type!
a. List all excipients that are not included in the material composition. Applicable scenarios: When the product contains components such as zippers, buttons, or linings that are not included in the certification calculation of material composition.
b. If the product is also covered by the transaction certificate under another standard of the Sustainable Textiles Promotion Association, indicate "Also Standard_Acronym certified" or "See associated TC" and provide the corresponding related-party transaction certificate number.
c. Fiber products (corresponding PC codes: PC0032, PC0033, PC0034): Must specify fiber length (unit: millimeter) and fiber fineness (using the applicable measurement unit).
d. Wire products (corresponding PC codes: PC0029, PC0030, PC0031): The yarn count specification (unit: twigs) must be specified.
e. Fabric products (corresponding PC codes: PC0025, PC0026, PC0027, PC0028, PC0039): Must specify fabric weight (unit: grams per square meter) and fabric structure (e.g., warp/dyen count, yarn count).
f. Clothing and textile products: The fabric weight parameters must be specified.
Key reminder: List all fabric components using certified materials, e.g., "main fabric: 200 gsm; lining: 120 gsm," ensuring no sections such as linings or seam-stitched areas are omitted.
g. Other product categories: Fill in the applicable technical specification requirements for the products.
h. Other supplementary information that cannot be categorized under the above fields should be uniformly entered into the system fields.
Filling Principle: Keep content concise and avoid providing commercial information unrelated to authentication (e.g., customer order numbers, production batch numbers) to prevent being flagged as invalid.
