Important Notice | Reminder on the Initial Inventory Reporting of ASR-117 Materials Ledger

Dear customers and related enterprises:

According to the Textile Exchange ASR-117 "Material Ledger Policy", starting from October 1, 2025, Textile Exchange will establish a unified material ledger system for all certified enterprises to achieve full tracking and management of the flow of certified materials.

What you need to do?
To ensure the accuracy and completeness of your company's initial inventory in the new ledger system, please be sure to submit the data of all raw material transaction certificates (TCs) issued before October 1, 2025 through the KCB-ONE system by October 31, 2025.

Reporting Scope:
- All raw materials TC that have not yet been put into production;
- Raw material TCs that have been used for the production of semi-finished or finished products, but the corresponding finished product TCs have not yet been issued.
Warm reminder: Raw materials TC of this type that have been used but not closed-looped are very easy to be overlooked. Please make sure to conduct a comprehensive review to avoid any omissions in reporting!

Reminder
- If the reporting is not completed by October 31, 2025, the relevant transaction certificates will not be included in the initial inventory.
- This may lead to the inability to issue the finished product TC normally in the future, affecting supply chain compliance and order delivery.

Immediate Actions are recommended
- Sort out all raw material TCs issued before October 1, 2025.
- Check the usage status (whether it has been put into production);
- Log in to the KCB-ONE system and submit the data on time.
